Ashlyn Gedrose is the Director of Operations at Evoke Property Partners, where she brings a heart for people, a love of process, and a passion for helping teams thrive.
With a strong background in recruiting, HR, and business operations, she’s spent over six years supporting clients across biotech, healthcare, creative, and nonprofit industries—always with a focus on building systems that inspire connection, clarity, and growth. At her core, Ashlyn believes that thriving teams create exceptional experiences, and she’s excited to bring that same energy and purpose to Evoke’s mission of redefining luxury real estate through collaboration, care, and excellence.
Outside of work, Ashlyn is a proud mom to a bright and spirited two-year-old daughter who keeps her grounded and reminds her to savor life’s simplest joys. She finds creativity in painting, calm on the golf course, and inspiration in a good book. A lifelong lover of horses, she also spent years riding, teaching, and volunteering with equestrian rescues—a passion that continues to shape her perspective on patience, connection, and grace.
