Before entering real estate, Grady spent twenty years working internationally with the nonprofit Youth With A Mission. That season shaped his commitment to service, humility, and leadership—principles that continue to guide how he supports and represents his clients today.
A Tualatin native, Grady is now in Dayton with his wife and their five children. Away from work, he enjoys staying active through athletics and physical challenges and investing deeply in the life of his family and community—qualities that naturally shape the way he serves his clients.
